  • Installare netcat su entrambe le macchine:
apt-get install netcat
  • Sulla macchina di destinazione, lanciare netcat in modalità server per ricevere lo stream Zfs:
 nc -l -p 9000 | zfs receive -Fdu POOL-DST


  • Sulla macchina sorgente creare uno snapshot
zfs snapshot -r POOL-SRC@snap_mig
  • Inviare lo stream Zfs:
zfs send -Rv POOL-SRC/dataset-name@snap_mig | nc dst-machine.example.priv 9000
