Impostare un applicativo come shell per un utente Windows

• Fare login con l'utente di cui si vuole cambiare la shell
• Impostare la shell nella chiave di registry

Key: HKEY_Current_User\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Shell

Type: REG_SZ

Value: c:\windows\system32\account_shell.exe

where account_shell.exe is the name of the application

• Ad esempio, per impostare Internet Explorer come shell:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
