Recovery di un Domain Controller Windows 2003

Il recovery può essere fatto con successo SOLO da un'immagine. Con ArcServe, anche restorando da un'altra installazione, sembra che non funzioni.

Problemi di boot

Se non fa il boot:

• Fare boot da CD
• Scegliere

R

• Una volta al prompt, sistemare mbr

fixmbr

• Sistemare boot

fixboot

• Se non va (ma probabilmente mancano dei file di windows) fare

fixboot C:

• Verificare che ci sia tutto:

bootcfg /scan

• Se funziona, è ok. Se dice che non rileva nulla, allora mancano dei files nell'installazione di Windows.
