Se quando si tenta di accedere al control panel di startcom si riceve in firefox l'errore:
Secure Connection Failed
An error occurred during a connection to auth.startssl.com. Peer does not recognize and trust the CA that issued your certificate. (Error code: ssl_error_unknown_ca_alert)

Occorre eliminare i certificati in
Preferenze
Avanzate
Certificati
Visualizza Certificati
Autorità
Rimuovere TUTTI i certificati che hanno come "Security Device"
Software Token
